Made of chrome-nickel alloy steel that is induction heated with case hardened bearing caps – able to handle increased torque and horsepower Black Oxide coated to resist oxidation and corrosion Premium Nitrile seals to assure a better grease retention Bearing cap and trunnion grease grooves to allow for better grease distribution Increased roller needle precision for max load capabilities Available in both greaseable and non- greaseable versions. U-Joints include nitrile rubber seals, which offer premium quality grease retention and contaminant resistance. Bearing caps are also induction heated and hardened only on the race surface to produce a flexible, yet durable steel, which allows for easier installation into tight yoke tolerances.
