Awntech Maui-LX Right Motor with Remote Motorized Retractable Awning

The Awntech Maui is a standard motorized patio retractable awning that is heavy-duty, fully assembled, DIY, and hand-crafted. Its right motor operation includes a remote control, a pre-installed motor with a 12 ft long black chord (110V outlet), a manual override loop, and a 5 ft long crank handle / rocker arm to extend and retract the awning manually. The framework is made out of a beautiful commercial-grade steel and aluminum that is powder-coated for protection and rust resistance. The awnings' lateral arms are multi-chambered with dual stainless steel cables. The mounting brackets are powder-coated aluminum and the hardware is stainless steel, providing additional support to the durable frame. The awning fabric cover and valance are woven out of the Beauty-Mark branded 100% acrylic fabric and has resistant coatings to help (1) maintain its rich color while being exposed to harsh UV rays, (2) prevent mildew and soil buildup, and (3) maintain a water resistant barrier allows for rain to roll off of the awning and not soak through the fabric. It is recommended that the awnings are used only during sunny weather and to avoid the use of the awning during poor weather conditions such as rain, snow, high winds, etc. The performance of the awning is durable and can withstand high winds up to 35mph.
